Characteristic
A non-yellowing pigment paste for dry-process PU applications. It enhances color brilliance, conceals leather defects, and improves resistance to weathering, sunlight-induced yellowing, and sulfur vulcanization. The YR-E series complies with ZDHC requirements and is free of DMF and DMAC.
1. Bright color with good covering power.
2. Fine particle size and good dispersibility.
3. Excellent resistance to light, heat, and sulfur.
4. Dye-free and non-migrating.
5. Non-conductive and suitable for high-frequency processing.
6. Recommended dosage: 30–50% of the resin amount.
Instructions for Use Precautions
Heat-resistance test: 120°C × 90 minutes; lightfastness test: 24 hours of UV-lamp exposure.
