Characteristic
1. Soft and opaque, with good plate release and flex resistance.
2. Foams at approximately 100°C to conceal leather defects.
3. Provides good filling performance.
4. Does not block or stick during hot plating or stacking.
Instructions for Use Precautions
APPLICATION (RECIPE) PROCESS
BINDER F2 (Foaming Resin) 100
WATER 50
PIGMENT 25
A. Apply the above mixture evenly to the leather by roller coating.
B. Embossing conditions:
1. Temperature: 100–120°C
2. Pressure: 60
3. Time: 2–3 seconds
C. Buff the leather to remove the surface resin layer.
D. After completing the above steps, finish the leather using the standard surface-finishing formulation for white leather.
Note: The key purpose of this foaming resin is to fill unevenness, cracks, scratches, and other defects in lower-grade skins to produce a smoother surface.
